Shoeaholic with too much time on his hands.

SwiftRunners is a side-project I started in 2017 as a means to channel my passion for footwear. I spend a lot of time looking at different shoes and analyzing how different design elements (Weight, Heel Offset, Stack Height, ToeBox, etc.) affect both one’s walking-gait and running-gait. I noticed a lot of other shoe reviewers didn’t take the time to discuss such concepts and thought I’d start a small YouTube channel and review shoes on the side as a hobby in hopes it might provide some value to people. I don’t have any brand affiliations or incentives at play, I just try to be as objective as possible with each review and hope it helps you somehow 🙂

If you’ve looked around my YouTube channel or my website, you’ll notice a distinct lack of social media links. I do apologize for this, as I know the standard in todays society is to be more readily available and to be on as many different platforms as possible. I unfortunately don’t have any social media profiles and don’t foresee myself getting them anytime soon. I’ve found they impede my ability to concentrate and focus deeply on my work, as well as draining a lot of my time. I’m still available of course for any questions, comments, or general discussions you’d like to have. All you have to do is hit the email button spread throughout my website and YouTube channel 🙂
